Buying Experience I had selected my new Toyota Camry SE from the internet sales department. I was assigned to Art Griham Sales Consultant. Mr. Griham was helpful, cou I had selected my new Toyota Camry SE from the internet sales department. I was assigned to Art Griham Sales Consultant. Mr. Griham was helpful, courteous and professional and acknowledged all of my concerns regarding my new car purchase. I was dissatisfied with the following service. First, upon the initial pickup of my vehicle the Detail Department did a horrible job and after voicing my discontent to Mr. Griham, I requested that it be detailed more thoroughly for a new car purchase. Apparently, my salesman did not look it over prior to my arrival and pickup. Second, I identified to my salesman two small paint chips which was located on the rear driver's fender. The dealership agreed to make the repair and sent it to their Body Shop. Upon completion and my inspection of my car I noticed that they only tried to touch up the paint chips, but did not match the paint, nor did they level the areas with clear coat which would have given it a finished look, if the paint had prefectly matched. I brought it to the attention of the New Car Sales Manger and he decided to send my car out for repair. The repair work looked fine, but upon looking my car over more closely at home I discovered that my rear driver's door had a visible long scratch along the contour of the door, from the door handle down to the bottom of the door after the out sourced work was done. The Sales Manager agreed to have his Body Shop buff the area. After I got home and took a good look at the work, I could still see the scratch, but I decided not to take my car back to Sales Manager or my Salesman to fix the problem. Third, I took my car in for service and made several attempts to get a status from my Car Repair Advisor Metja and she never returned my calls, I did appreciate the dealership up holding their promise to repair my car, but I strongly think that both the Detail Shop and the Body Shop, in addition to; the Auto Repair Advisor Department need improve their Quality Assurance to make sure all repairs, specifically in my situation are done right and their customer service in the Auto Repair Department improve (return request for calls regarding vehicle status). More
