Mark was ok with me testing driving the 2023 Sequoia Platinum and seem to be ok working with me going forward. So, before leaving the dealership and immediately after test driving the vehicle I got ap Platinum and seem to be ok working with me going forward. I text Mark since he was busy with another customer and he responded that he would follow up with me, but never did... So, due to the lack of enthusiasm for my business and the amount of money being spent for this vehicle, I decided to go elsewhere. I went to Weiss Toyota and purchased my new 2024 Sequoia Capstone and I am very happy. The Weiss salesman actually wanted my business and worked for it. I've bought numerous vehicles from Bommarito in the past but during this experience I feel as though I wasn't being taken seriously. Don't judge a book by its cover. More
