I found the vehicle model with exterior and interior colors I wanted at the right price, but wanted the seats to be leather. Connor immediately offered multiple options, including working with AutoTrim to customize the seats. The color matches the rest of the interior perfectly, and ended up being a cost savings - allowing me to also opt for heated seats! In addition, Connor was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle itself. Immediately after purchasing the Rav4, he went into great detail about several features, including syncing my phone before even leaving the lot! Not only that, he proactively offered to set aside time for my fiance and I to return so he can ensure I understand every feature!!
