Very easy to work with no pressure I wanted to look at used Tacomas but they didn't have any on the lot at the moment. James was kind enough to show me a new 2019 so I could get a feel I wanted to look at used Tacomas but they didn't have any on the lot at the moment. James was kind enough to show me a new 2019 so I could get a feel for how big they were inside knowing I wasn't planning on buying a new one. I spent some time doing research online and realized if you could find a used one you were still better off buying a new one because they hold their value so well. I returned the next day to look again and ended up buying a new Tacoma. At no point during my visits did James pressure me at all, he only let me know what I found online that late model low mileage used Tacomas were hard to come by. Even the finance desk where the pressure is usually turned up was a pleasant experience. No high pressure tactics only straight forward here is what we have and how it could benefit you. Throw in 5 years of free oil changes and a 10 year 200,000 mile power train warranty and I think I would have been a fool to buy a used Tacoma. More
