Anne and John (mechanic) were very nice and understandable. Anne contacted me and informed me of everything that was being serviced and looked at on my vehicle. Out of all the dealers i have eer been to they are honest and give 00 percent customer service and will do anything to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I just wanted to let everyone know how happy I was with my experience today. Their customer service in their service department is Grade A+++!!! I've been to bad and good dealerships in my life and your customer service level there is top notch. He could have told me it was going to cost thousands to fix my car and I wouldn't have been upset. They fixed my car under warranty and now I'm in love with it again! Not only that John Danner who was my service advisor did something I've never seen any advisor ever do. I was telling him about my boost issue in my car, and he put almost the exact same words in the ticket. Most advisors paraphrase things, and the technicians never get the full story. I was amazed to see it on the ticket, and I truly believe because he did that the technician had an easier time finding and fixing my boost issue. Just to make things even better, Dan (my shuttle driver) was great! Great guy to talk to and a really great personality! Not to mention, I walked down stairs at 3:30 (which was the time I said I was getting out of work) and Dan drove right up at that moment to pick me up! I was really impressed! Between John and Dan my experience was the best I've ever had at a dealership! Bommarito has realized that customer service goes a lot further than great prices, and flashy advertising! More

The staff gave a low-key sales pitch. VW produces an excellent product and we were offereed an excellent price. MY WIFE AND I JUST PURCHASED A NEW 2010 JETTA WOLFSBURG ON NOVEMBER 24, 2009 FROM STEVE LAUGHLIN AT BOMMARITO VOLKSWAGEN. STEVE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE CARS AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH THROUGH T ON NOVEMBER 24, 2009 FROM STEVE LAUGHLIN AT BOMMARITO VOLKSWAGEN. STEVE WAS VERY INFORMATIVE ABOUT THE CARS AND VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH THROUGH THE BUYING PROCESS. THE DEALERSHIP WAS VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED TO BE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. THE OFFICES WERE ENCASED WITH GLASS PARTITIONS SO EVERYONE COULD BE SEEN AS TO WHERE AND WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THE COFFEE BAR WAS A NICE TOUCH TO THE DEALERSHIP WITH A NEW MODERNIZED COFFEE/HOT CHOCOLATE MACHINE. STEVE LAUGHLIN LISTENED TO WHAT PRICE I WANTED TO BUY THE NEW CAR AT AND CLEARED IT WITH HIS MANAGER AND ACCEPTED MY OFFER. STEVE ALSO EXPLAINED ALL THE PAPERWORK THAT WAS TO BE SIGNED IN GREAT DETAIL. HE ALSO PROVIDED MY WIFE AND I WITH A FREE NIGHT STAY AT THE LUMIERE CASINO AND DINNER FOR TWO AS WELL. WE WERE SO IMPRESSED WITH THE WHOLE BUYING EXPERIENCE! UPON PICKUP OF THE NEW JETTA, STEVE WENT OVER ALL THE INSTRUMENTATION OF THE VEHICLE, OFFERED US SOME COFFEE AND SENT US ON OUR WAY. A WEEK LATER STEVE FOLLOWED UP WITH A PHONE CALL TO MAKE SURE ALL IS WELL WITH OUR NEW PURCHASE....SERVICE AFTER THE SALE! A FEW DAYS LATER WE ALSO RECEIVED A TIN OF CHOCOLATE COOKIES IN THE MAIL...I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT! I JUST CELEBRATED MY BIRTHDAY AND STEVE SENT ME A CARD.....SO AS YOU CAN TELL, WE HAD THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE AND WILL DEFINITELY GO BACK TO STEVE AT BOMMARITO VOLKSWAGEN.
