My overall experience at Lorenzo Bomnin Chevrolet was excellent. The service writer who assisted me, Rene Marti, was very courteous and eager to answer all my questions. I have been trying to call the dealer's finance department for the last two days and no one ever answers the phone. I have left voicemail and to no avail. Earlier this year i took my car for to department for the last two days and no one ever answers the phone. I have left voicemail and to no avail. Earlier this year i took my car for to service the air bag sensor and the radio control on the steering wheel. Well it's been more than 6 months and I' still waiting for the call back telling me that the part is available. Horrible customer service and after referring 8 People there, I will never do that again. More

In all these years I have tried different dealers, but I have had the best and most positive experience at Lorenzo/Bomnin Chevrolet in Miami. The salesperson was very friendly, knowledgeable, and though I wasn't sure which car I was going to buy, he took me step by step through different deals we could make to make my decision easier. I felt this was very helpful, and had never experienced this kind of attention before. I live six hours away from this dealer and a friend recommended Lorenzo/Bomnin Chevrolet when I told her how unsatisfied I was with the dealer in my area (Ocala, Fl). I am sooo glad I drove to Miami to buy my new Camaro 45th Anniversary Edition. This will be, for sure, my dealer from now on! More

I was in the process of shopping on line for a new Corvette. The search revealed that Bomnin Chevrolet had a 2011 crystal red, 3LT coupe on their lot for $40,000 dollars. This price seemed too good Corvette. The search revealed that Bomnin Chevrolet had a 2011 crystal red, 3LT coupe on their lot for $40,000 dollars. This price seemed too good to be true so I immediately contacted the dealership. I spoke to one of the owners, Arnaldo Bomnin, who stated that the vehicle had sustained very minor front body damage (bumper and fender)and had been repaired using all brand new parts and components (no repairs to existing body parts). He explained that I could come to the lot and see it the following day. I called Mr. Bomnin two days later and was told that when the car arrived back at the lot he was showing it to a customer and noticed problems with the paint job ("minor mis-match") in color. I was told the vehicle had been returned to the body shop to be repainted again. Mr. Bomnin stated he would contact me in a day or two when the vehicle was finished. About a week later Mr. Bomnin called me and said the vehicle was on the lot and ready to be delivered. We agreed to meet the following day at 10:00 am. I took the following day off of work and drove to the dealership to meet Mr. Bomnin and see the vehicle. When I arrived, neither Mr. Bomnin nor the vehicle were there and supposedly Mr. Bomnin could not be reached by phone. I was told by two other employees that the vehicle was still at the body shop having repairs performed and was not due to be back on the lot for another four or five days. Two weeks at the body shop and the run-around by the owner left me with questions regarding the actual extent of repairs to the vehicle. Needless to say, I have no intention of buying this vehicle, or any other, from Bomnin Chevrolet. More
They have no respect and lack of communication with costumer service. Never call you and when talking to them they refer to you as "dude". Just to sell some cars, they are redoing interios by replacing fabric with supposedly "leather" . IT IS A FAKE leather.
