The front desk was welcoming people with a smile at 8 a.m. The gentleman who took care of everything, his name was ALBERT SANCHEZ, he was brilliant, and explained to me everything and every single step. I have a 2025 Equinox EV, and there was a recall on this car. MR. SANCHEZ made sure that I would understand the reason for this recall, and they fixed it without any concerns.
