I am leaving this review to highlight a significant lack of professionalism and communication at this dealership. While the final price on my 2026 Equinox was competitive, the customer service experience—sp of professionalism and communication at this dealership. While the final price on my 2026 Equinox was competitive, the customer service experience—specifically from management—was unacceptable. Primary Issues: • Highly Unprofessional Conduct: After submitting honest feedback via a survey, I was harassed with five calls in one day from the manager, Delonte (who was unreachable during the actual sales process). When I returned the call, he began yelling at me regarding his 5% commission and repeatedly interrupted me when I tried to speak. • Predatory Accessory Markups: The dealership attempted to charge $500 for wheel locks (a 1000% markup over market value). Management became defensive and stated they felt "personally disrespected" when I questioned this cost and mentioned price-comparing with other dealers. • Logistical Failures: Communication regarding my vehicle’s delivery was poor. Despite taking a day off work based on their timeline, I wasn't notified the car was ready until 30 minutes before closing. • Withholding Documentation: I was not provided with copies of my contract or financing paperwork at the time of signing, requiring multiple follow-ups post-sale. • Internal Inconsistency: The sales staff openly criticized their own dealership's overpriced features immediately after I had to negotiate them down with management. Summary: A fair price does not excuse being yelled at or harassed by management. I would caution future buyers to weigh the potential savings against a complete lack of professional standards and post-sale support. More
