My wife and I went in to Bomnin on a Tuesday after seeing 4 other dealerships. Nelson met us and ushered us thru the process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He guided us to the C 4 other dealerships. Nelson met us and ushered us thru the process. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He guided us to the Chevy Equinox model and we took a drive. I was very confused by the electronics control; dash panel but Nelson explained each one of our concerns and how to get around. We are "old school" so the electronics / touch control panel was relatively new. He made us very comfortable with using it. We wanted a certified car but Nelson also helped us towards getting a new 2025 model. We left the dealership and came back the next day. Nelson wasn't there but found out that he would be in the next day and came back. None of the other sales representatives from the other dealerships were as helpful and concerned about our particular needs. He shared his background and education with us over the course of the sale. I would definitely recommend Nelson to any other person / family interested in a new car. Very personable. Afterwords, he followed-up with multiple internet links as to help me in using the "new school" electronics dash board. I would definitely come back in the future. More
