A one day appointment turned into a twelve day appointment. They ordered the wrong parts and offered no loaner car. We told them about a leak with the engine coolant, they didn’t find it while per appointment. They ordered the wrong parts and offered no loaner car. Very bad experience dealing with this dealership bought a brand new Suburban had scratches on the dashboard made a complaint and it’s over year and half and no one ever got to fix the damage.
