Tech didn’t believe my claim of smelling exhaust but still quoted me a repair. Was most likely nose blind to smell. Parts dept wouldn’t give me part information and said “we don’t give out part numbers” still quoted me a repair. Was most likely nose blind to smell. Don’t stand behind their word. Was suppose to get a call back about some parts and paint and didn’t receive a callback. Then talk to the one of the managers. Wasn’t professional. Slightly odd atmosphere. Very pushy salesmen, but I understand that's their job. Not sure what happened to one of my salesmen mid deal, but it seemed off.
