I would not recommend this service center if you have an EV. I feel like time after time I am somewhat disappointed with the service. This time, they took way longer than they should have, for a simple 60K EV. I feel like time after time I am somewhat disappointed with the service. This time, they took way longer than they should have, for a simple 60K mile checkup and brake inspection. Apparently it was sitting in the shop when it was done, and I was waiting over 2 hours. Come on now... I don't remember the man's name that was my advisor unfortunately. More

Price was good, but otherwise a bad experience. Vehicle had a service light that wasn't dealt with at dealership. Sales associate (Eddie) assured me it was nothing and had to do with the battery Vehicle had a service light that wasn't dealt with at dealership. Sales associate (Eddie) assured me it was nothing and had to do with the battery replacement in the Bolt EUV, and it would go away once charged. This was false. Later he assured me it was a software update. This was wrong. Had to bring it into a dealer (40 miles away) to run diagnostic. Associate told me he put this appointment on the calendar to help to talk to service department. This did not happen, he was unavailable, and he has not responded to recent communications since. Also, it was not software, it was that the coolant was not filled correctly which was a real issue that a specialist needed to work on. While at the dealer I was not registered for the QMerit home install, even though I had asked up front about it, and had to repeatedly ask for that to be done. Was told Onstar was not ready but would be ready soon after taking possession of vehicle, and again the associate has not followed up on this. He even sent me off without the front license plate installed, telling me that there was a law in Virginia allowing for EVs to be exempt. Again, this seems to be false. I do like the car, though. But in terms of everything outside of buying it--the service, the condition, the follow through--was not satisfied. More
