Would certainly use him again and have already sent a few friends his way because I know they will be well served! The only reason I can't give 5 stars is that my finance appointment was very confusing. I got one answer out front, and a different one in the back. They were eventually able to get everything clarified and written out as we had talked about but it took FOREVER. Maybe I was unprepared with it being my first car buying experience, but I feel like signing the paperwork took WAY longer than needed, and when I came back in to drop the down payment, it took a long time again. I clarified that I had 10 minutes to drop it off because of a meeting and they assured me I just left the cash, but when I brought it, I had to sign more paperwork and was late for my meeting. Besides lackluster communication from the finance department, I was 100% happy with my experience and purchase. More

I took my vehicle in for an airbag recall and when I got it back there was crack in the dash. The dealership told me that I brought it in that way. First, I waited one week for an appointment. It supposed to be at 8 am. They told me to leave my car and will diagnostic the issue. They told me they needed to leave my car overnight (they never mention this before when I just needed to know what was the issue before make a decision) it was 3 pm and nothing. They called me to let me know my car was ready. The person who helped me never communicate clear and told me how supposed to work. He just charge me 155 which I understand and then said because I was taking my car if L wanted to do the work there was not warranty for ten diagnostic and I would have to pay it again. Super rude, bad communication and bad experience. More
