Sales rep did a great job. However, the service department took almost a month to sort out with insurance and get a tire ordered. Took over 3 hrs to have the tire replaced and wheel aligned and ba department took almost a month to sort out with insurance and get a tire ordered. It was obvious your sales rep Did a great job , but was clear I would say that the dealership could use a more personal aproach to its costomer !
