Yesterday, after discussions with him and his manager, **we reached an agreed price**. Based on that agreement, I moved forward in good faith and had the funds/check prepared to complete the purchase today. Unfortunately, when I was ready to buy, the process changed completely. The pricing discussed yesterday was no longer being honored as expected, and instead of simply providing me with a clear **out-the-door (OTD) purchase order/price breakdown**, I was repeatedly pushed toward completing a **credit application**, even though I clearly stated that I wanted to purchase the vehicle with my own funds and was not looking for dealer financing. What concerned me most was the lack of transparency. I specifically requested a written OTD quote showing the vehicle price, taxes, fees and final amount so that there would be no misunderstanding. I was told they could not provide or share it. If a customer has already discussed and agreed on pricing, is ready with funds, and is asking for a straightforward written OTD breakdown, the transaction should become **simpler—not more complicated**. I understand that vehicle pricing and incentives can have conditions, but those conditions should be clearly disclosed **before an agreement is reached**, not when the customer is ready to complete the transaction. I was genuinely ready to purchase the truck today. Instead, the changing numbers, pressure to submit a credit application, and unwillingness to provide a written OTD quote caused me to lose confidence in the transaction. **A dealership should earn a customer's business through transparent pricing and honoring what was discussed—not by changing the process at the finish line.** Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. Started out bad working with Angus . Then the Gm Jason took over our body work and he was great. Angus said he ordered the parts to fix our jeep rearend damage. He supposedly had 4 strok Then the Gm Jason took over our body work and he was great. Angus said he ordered the parts to fix our jeep rearend damage.
