Great salesman Alex was fantastic and helped me look at all the vehicles I was interested in. He also made sure our experience was faster than what we had when we pu Alex was fantastic and helped me look at all the vehicles I was interested in. He also made sure our experience was faster than what we had when we purchased my husbands truck. Only downside is the car wasn’t as clean as I thought (picked it up at night). Windows are dirty and there are wax handprints on the car. Need to get it detailed again. The inspection is also not recent on the car (done in January) so I will need to do this after owning the car 1 month. Not ideal. More

I went in to look at a used ram 2500 that they had in stock. My issue wasn't with Evan Harris who did a decent job selling me the vehicle. I took a test drive and liked the vehicle wanted to trade in GMC sierra but would not get much so I traded in my 04 Armada. Evan was very accommodating in making this happen and getting the deal done. A day later when I came to finish the deal with the trade in I was told they would only give me fair price for my vehicle instead of the 4k kbb. I did the deal and thats when things went a little down hill. I noticed that the 2015 ram did not come with a key fob which is interesting to me for a vehicle this expensive even used. Also I noticed the power lock door switch did not work. Needless to say I drove the truck home and a day later got a CEL. I brought the truck back informed Evan who put me in touch with the service adviser Adam who reported would take care of the issue. Thank goodness for Adam. My only gripe is when I asked to speak with a manager about some quality control issues he seemed uninterested and like he didn't want to talk to me or care to have my business. I informed him for a dealership of this caliber I would expect a little more attention to detail with quality control issues that I outlined, Key Fob, Power lock Switch and CEL. He just simply said noted and shrugged me off. If it wasn't for Evan and Sean I would be a little displeased and disappointed to have done business here. With that being said Im not sure if I can recommend this dealer to any of my friends/family. More
