Intake was quick and easy. Staff was friendly. Total process took as much time as expected. Waiting area was clean and comfortable. Only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star is Staff was friendly. Only reason for a 4 star and not a 5 star is that I forgot to bring my wheel lock so they couldn’t rotate my tires without it. I was told this at the end of the process but would have been nice to know before then. Maybe I could have had someone from the house run it up real fast. More

OMG. THIS WAS MY MOST HORRIBLE CAR BUYING EXPERINCE. I WENT THERE SEEING THEIR PRICE AND INCENTIVES ON THEIR WEBSITE. I WAS EXPECTIING $5K DISCOUNT FOR MY THIS WAS MY MOST HORRIBLE CAR BUYING EXPERINCE. I WENT THERE SEEING THEIR PRICE AND INCENTIVES ON THEIR WEBSITE. I WAS EXPECTIING $5K DISCOUNT FOR MY TRADE IN, EDUCATOR DISCOUNT AND NON-CHEVY CUSTORMER DISCOUNT OF $1.5K BUT THE OTD PRICE WAS AROUNG $58K FOR THE CAR THEY LABELED AS $40K EVEN AFTER THEY SAID THEY GAVE ME 5K DISCOUNT. THE SALESMAN SHOWED ME THE FULL HIDDEN DISCOLUSERE HIDED ON THE TOP RIGHT CORNER OF THE WEBSITE AND BECOME VISIBLE WHEN YOU CLICK ON IT. More
