He fulfilled my request for pictures of the inside of the vehicle. Afterwards I called back and shared that I was highly interested and would like to come up to do a test drive and it would take me two hours to get there. Mr. Hardware told me that the vehicle was going in for a detail. I asked for a special favor and it was granted. Upon arrival, I pulled into a beautiful dealership. I called Mr. Hardware and I was informed that he would grab the keys for a test drive. When I saw the truck, I knew it was the one. My search was complete. Mr. Hardware was very professional and courteous. I truly enjoyed working with him. Back to the truck, it was not just clean, but pristine! A huge shout-out to the workers in the back (the detailers)! I met Mr. Christian in the Finance Department. He worked very hard to make my purchase make sense. At first I was objective, but after thorough consideration he was able to bring a realization to the forefront.
