Returned to the show room and I told Justin I was not going to engage in protracted negotiations and wanted the lowest and best taxable sales price and specified how the Florida and county sales tax rate and title/registration fees are to calculated for a total amount due. He returned with a business manager who asked why I wanted the lowest and best taxable sales price. I informed him I would be comparing his lowest and best taxable sales price with other Chevy, Cadillac and Jeep dealers. He responded that was not fair to others and refused to provide his lowest and best taxable sales price, stood up and walked off. Don’t remember if he said good bye or not. Never addressed my requirement that the sales contract must not include provisions that required mandatory arbitration, waived jury trial and waived any claims. Since I did not receive any sales price, I. could not determine the premium for the life time warranty included with all of this dealer’s vehicles. The purchase of an extended warranty is usually reserved for the finance manager after the sales price is negotiated and the buyer has the right and option to refuse an extended warranty. Since the post test drive process took less than 10 minutes, I am giving the salesman, Justin King a very high review for his efforts. More

This was almost a 3 month process of trying to I just bought my second vehicle from michael Durkin at boniface hiers and I couldn’t be more impressed. This was almost a 3 month process of trying to find the perfect used vehicle that fit my budget and what I was looking for. My showed me probably a dozen trucks over that period of time. When he would get new inventory in he would send me the info. He was super helpful and didn’t get frustrated at all the 11 times I told him that no, this just wasn’t the right truck. Finally last week he called me to tell me he had the perfect truck for me. A certified pre owned 2018 GMC Sierra. The truck had everything I wanted, only 11,000 miles and warranty forever plus a 4 year factory warranty. The truck was gorgeous and fit my budget. I couldn’t have been happier with the buying process. They gave me a fair price on my trade. And didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. Made recomendations for things I did like gap plus.
