Worst customer service ever. I've had 3 complaints on my brand new chevy malibu, and not a single resolution. They always talk about how "swamped" they are. I'll never do business w this place again. The only reason I'm adding a star is because Tim, the service manager, is finally trying to make things right. He's the only saving grace. More
