Special Handling of my Corvette My 2018 Corvette Stingray needed a new A/C compressor. This is a major 8 hour job that requires dropping the front engine subframe cradle. I live about 35 miles away from Boniface Hiers and took my car to them instead of my local in-town dealership because of recommendations to do so from Corvette Forums. I am glad I did. The prompt service began when Jim installed the interior protection in a spotless covered area where you leave and pick up your car. While Jim was doing this, Cliff Eanes who was my assigned service manager and I discussed the repair. My car was assigned to a top notch Corvette technician who is a master mechanic with all the corvette certifications and 15 years of knowledge. His name is William White and he quickly reported back that a new compressor was needed and it would have to be ordered. Cliff then offered me a loaner car and I left to wait, knowing my car was in good hands. Two days later the compressor came in and Cliff called me to let me know. He then kept me up to date on how the repair was proceeding, which ended up being completed when promised. Will White has my sincere appreciation because his competence is beyond reproach. Being rather obsessive about my Vette, I thoroughly checked his work and it was flawless. There was not one thing to complain about. I used to have dealership service department fear regarding my Vette, but not any more. Bonfiace Hiers will be my go-to dealership and I intend to spread the word among my local Corvette Club members. More
Excellent customer service I had my 2011 Chevrolet Silverado 2500 HD in for service, my A/C was not working correctly. Estimate for repairs was much cheaper than expected. A few things that needed to be fixed after purchase I have always dreaded going car shopping but my experience with Boniface was a pleasure. Not only did Robert my sales person go way above and beyond, but everyone there did whatever was needed to get me into the car that I wanted. After purchasing my car, a couple day later a few things needed to be tweaked. I brought it into Adam, manager of the service dept. He was polite, diligent and extremely helpful. He fixed everything that needed to be done without question. As well as got me out of there ASAP......! I am very pleased with my SUV got a great price and no hassles and no one there is pushy. They stand behind their cars and aren't there just to sell it and forget about you once you leave. We will buy our next car there as well as refer them to all my friends. More
Third times the charm! Went to Service center again due to power steering going out. Read on internet it was on recall for some issues with that. Aside from the time it took to get this done and the wait in the most uncomfortable waiting area of any Chevy dealership I have been to, (and i've been pretty much all over from coast to coast and in between.) The service staff was GREAT. I will go back again due to the impecable service I was given by Adam and Jimmie Abshire! I felt like I was back in time when being caring, friendly and accomidating to a customer meant everything to an employee. If you need service ask for Adam and ANY problems Jimmie Abshire will take care of you as best he can. Thanks Again Guys! Now just get the waiting area up to par and you'll have overall 5 Stars. Can't rate quality of work since I just got it done. Time will tell. More

Engine repair-2018 Chevrolet Silverado On a Sunday, was from out of town and suddenly experienced very rough running engine and “check engine light” came on. Drove truck to dealership and On a Sunday, was from out of town and suddenly experienced very rough running engine and “check engine light” came on. Drove truck to dealership and while Service Department closed, ran into Wil, the Service Mgr., who was at dealership. I gave him the keys, and rented a car down the street at Enterprise since I needed to be in Miami that night. The Dealership called on Monday to advise what they’d found and would get repaired. They called the next day to advise that it was repaired under warranty and I could pick it up. Everyone very courteous and helpful in every way. I’ve since put 1,500 miles on truck and it runs like new; so apparently the repair was properly done. I would buy a vehicle from these people based upon the performance of the Service Dept., if I lived in the area. More

I found my email with my appointment reminder only to have service tell me they’re having a problem with the appt system!! Why would you use it then!! So Bob gets me in after going over all of what I had asked for on appt. with also trying to sell me on the $89 diagnostic reading because I've had the check engine light on for 6 years now! (I was told by a car repair man they have that fixed to come on so you get the regular maintinences done. I cant afford those so I just make sure I get regular oil chgs and inspections.) After waiting (in the most uncomfortable waiting service area ever) for 1 and 1/2 hours I thought I would check on it. It was sitting in pick up area. Cashier said it wasnt showing ready yet but she would check. It was done but he had not turned in paperwork yet. (How much longer would I have waited?) I paid, talked to no one reguarding what they found and just left. Got a call about 20 mins. later from Bobby telling me what happened, apoloigized and proceded to say I needed about $1,000 worth of work done on it. Also I was over charged so had to be put on hold 3 times to get that straightened out and credited. Never mentioned my brakes which I also asked to be checked.I ASKED. He replied oh those are fine. So I wonder were thry checked? I will be taking this car in to another repair facilitiy for 2nd opion! Sad that I have to do that. Miss my dealership in Rosewell NM... Very disappointed with this dealership and hadn’t been here in a while because of it. Thought I would give it a try again... Nope still disappointed. Won’t be back!! More
They will rip you off don't trust their service department If I could give this service department zero stars I would. I took my Silverado 1500 in for Warranty repair after my mechanic looked at it and said i If I could give this service department zero stars I would. I took my Silverado 1500 in for Warranty repair after my mechanic looked at it and said it was a broken lifter which was covered by my 100k power train coverage. They repaired the lifter and charged me $800 for a fuel injector which my mechanic had already tested as good. I had no choice but to pay for it and get my truck back. I also, asked for the old part and they said they had already thrown it away. I drove the truck a mile and the check engine light came back on. They took it back in the shop and said I needed 3 more fuel injectors to get the fuel mixture corrected at a cost of over 2k more. They also suggested I should probably change all the fuel injectors since the others would probably need to be replaced soon. My truck only has 71k miles and I have never had to replace injectors on the same engine in my previous truck with over 200k miles. I told them to hand me the keys and left. I took the truck back to my mechanic and he replaced a $194 O2 sensor and everything has been fine since. I have filed a complaint with GM and am asking for a refund. DO NOT bring your car to this dealership they are a bunch of crooks!!! More
