My 2010 Kia Forte required an oil change, whe I am very grateful to Anthony Tiger Trainer and team for giving me excellent service on August 21, 2017. My 2010 Kia Forte required an oil change, wheel alignment, tire rotation, and basic front and rear brake jobs. A fluid flush was added based on Mr. Trainer’s suggestion. Very personable and polite, Mr. Trainer first met me in the service lane, invited me into the office, offered me a drink, arranged requested repairs, explained free and special services, helped me attain a KIA credit card, reserved a courtesy ride for me, informed me of other repair work needed, and even walked me to my washed car at the end of the day. I observed that he treated all customers with great consideration and also exhibited superlative management skills and knowledge about automotive repairs and financial matters. His wonderful personality and the service team’s excellent workmanship make it a joy to return to Boniface Hiers Kia in Melbourne. More

A Friendly Car Experience! This Is the second time I have leased a car with Boniface-Hiers and worked with Sandi. My lease was coming due in November, but Sandi called me a two This Is the second time I have leased a car with Boniface-Hiers and worked with Sandi. My lease was coming due in November, but Sandi called me a two months ahead of time to let me know that KIA was having great rebates going on. This would save me a lot of money, which it did. When I went to look what they had available, unfortunately they didn't have a color I liked in the car I wanted (Optima). Sandi went above and beyond to find me the car I wanted. It is fully upgraded and in the color I love! I hated giving up my 2015 Optima, but this 2017 Optima is beautiful! Sandi is my go to car lady. She truly cares about her customers. Thank you Jerome for helping to find this car and to Maria for making the paperwork go a little faster. Service department is always friendly and fast too! More

Ive never had a more pleasant experience!! Yesterday I went into the dealership to trade in my car. I was greeted by the manager with a big smile. And I felt very comfortable.
