Ive never had a more pleasant experience!! Yesterday I went into the dealership to trade in my car. I was greeted by the manager with a big smile. And I felt very comfortable. 50,000 Mile Checkup After a very thorough checkup, they found only 3 things that were recommended for maintenance. My battery, cabin air filter and an undercarriage cove After a very thorough checkup, they found only 3 things that were recommended for maintenance. My battery, cabin air filter and an undercarriage cover which had been broken when I ran over a bag on the interstate which actually contained cans of paint. They recommended replacement of all 3 but they did offer just to provide a temporary fix to the undercarriage cover. I had them replace all 3 items and they had to order the cover which came in today. I was able to schedule the install later today. I was so happy that my car will be ready for a long trip I am planning later this month. Special thanks to Susie who was so thorough with everything. More
