However, the Finance Rep was a talker. The reason I was looking for a new car was due to an accident, where my car was totaled and I sustained multiple injuries. I had searched on-line prior to going to a dealer and had spoken with someone at the dealership several times, informing them of my situation, in hopes of deceasing the length of the process. The trip to the dealership was my first outing, other than going to doctor appointments, since the accident. I wasn't able to test drive the car, so I'd bought my son with me, to do it. After 2.5 hours I was exhausted and wasn't able to stay longer to go over the features of the car. I would like to come back once I've recovered and have someone walk me through the car. I understand that sales personnel need to be friendly, however I was in a situation where I just wanted to take care of business and didn't need to hear about the Finance Reps. personal life. My truck was supposed to be fully detailed and have some dents removed he clearly noticed before I event said anything that I was not happy.He said before I could even say anything. This is not the Bonaface Mazda way,we want you to be happy.Wesley has made sure to keep me updated as to the progress of my truck this time,and has personally called me to update me as to the progress of my truck after he personally inspects it. I feel Wesley is being under utilized in the position of service writer, he clearly does his job above and beyond what the position requires. My husband was a service writer for years and I have been to many a dealership never have I seen this kind of attention to detail or the desire to make a customer happy. Very professional, customer service excellent My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and it only took Sandra a little over 10 minutes of talking to her to know exactly what we were lookin My husband and I were looking for a new vehicle and it only took Sandra a little over 10 minutes of talking to her to know exactly what we were looking for! We had a specific model and color that we wanted and she found it in their lot and brought it over to show us! Took the car for a drive and loved it. I can't say enough about the efficiency of Sandra at all! She sat with us until we got the numbers we wanted! Best part of it all is they DO NOT run a credit report until you see the numbers you want! I knew my credit was great anyway but it was a plus! I absolutely don't like to have to sign my name that many times but Chase in the finance department was great! He made us both laugh and made it a great time! Although he looks like he is still in his early 20's he isn't ( he showed me his drivers license) he knows his job and makes it as painless as possible to get it done quick! Sandra also took the time the next day to show my daughter how to use everything in the car! The car was detailed and buff too for her! Can't say enough about the great experience we had there! More

When my 2000 Sportage was due for replacement I was determined to "buy American." What brought me back to Boniface was the quality of the KIA and the unfailing reliability of Service After the Sale ... no hassle's ... no problems and being treated without fail as the most important customer the dealership has. Outstanding Purchase Ecperience Since we just moved to Florida less than a year ago, we looked for a Kia dealership like the one we had in Newport News, VA and we definitely found a Since we just moved to Florida less than a year ago, we looked for a Kia dealership like the one we had in Newport News, VA and we definitely found a "Kia home" at Boniface Hiers Kia. They made our purchase experience such a fun experience without any pressure. We turned in a leased car and purchased a new car , with the exact color and equipment package that I wanted. Although they didn't have the car in stock, they found it then waited a week while I was out of town and delivered the car the day I wanted to pick it up. We met the owner who does so much for the community and everyone from sales to maintenance to parts was just terrific and made my experience the best ever. We are a Kia family and now that we are in Florida, we would never go to any other Kia dealer because we are "home" with Boniface Hiers. More

Everything was explained from services to paperwork. He offered water and tried to make us feel comfortable. Becky at the counter comp As I entered the Mazda service area a young man quickly greeted me, took my information and directed me to the service desk. Becky at the counter completed the paperwork and then walked me to the beautiful customer waiting area. The service manager Frank, finished my cc payment transaction and offered me a bottled water then gave me delicious chocolate cookies for the road. The service department also replaced a Facebook recalled liftgate damper part on my CX-5 without a problem. Frank gladly installed my new cargo tray purchased at the onsite parts department. Dennis in the parts department was very fast in finding the correct auto mat and then taking my payment. This Mazda dealership is top notch and has awesome customer service practices. I also spoke with Thurman about options on purchasing a new or used Mazda for our daughter. He was very personable and not to pushy. Once we decide on a car ,we will be back for sure. I was only looking and not wanting to purchase that day. :-) More
