Awesome team at this dealership I worked with Cheryle Priester VIP Customer Care Specialist, and Ron Wilcox in Sales and Maria Rogacheva Finance Manager. They went above my expecta I worked with Cheryle Priester VIP Customer Care Specialist, and Ron Wilcox in Sales and Maria Rogacheva Finance Manager. They went above my expectation in their jobs to make sure I went away with the deal of a new car and be a happy customer. Ron Wilcox took the time and listen to my credit concerns and explain to me that a new car would be better to re-establish my credit and get a better rate. I was not approved at first then a few minutes leaving the dealership a bank he called me to let me known a bank approved me at a good rate. He took the time to make sure this deal was smooth and not rush. Ron has been there to answer my questions and concerns on this new purchase and even went in on his day off to retrieve some items from my trade in. Maria Rogacheva and Ron took the time to stay with me after the dealership closed to make sure all documents were correct. Maria worked with the new lender and got me the rate that I needed to purchase this car at the payment I needed. Bad dearship They will put you in a car👌but when something gets wrong they will not even try to help.... I was five days over my warranty when my light went out!!
