How can someone possibly exepect someone to make a major purchase from someone who doesn't know the product?? I came in to do research on some vehicles to narrow down what would best fit my family. I asked Larry a lot of questions that anyone in his position should know and he skirted the questions because he obviously has NO IDEA what he's talking about. Other than the color of the vehicle and the fact that it has 4 wheels, he had nothing to offer. When he realized I wasn't going to be a "today sale", he brushed me off, gave me his card and said all my questions can be answered with "online research"....I was warned about this dealership before I came in, I guess I should have listened....I'm off to Allen Mello, where the salespeople are educated in their product and don't badger their customers. My husband has been admiring a Kia Soul for a while. We have had an Optima for 8 years and knew we wanted another Kia. We decided to just test drive one. We bought a 2003 Dodge Grand Caravan from Bonneville a few years ago and had a good experience with our sales consultant Tom Beaudin. He had the vehicle ready when promised, and worked with us on price which made the buying process much more pleasant.
