We've been dealing with Matt over the last 10 years now. We have never found him to be pushy or try to put us into a car that we weren't interested in. We've never had a bad experience with the service department. If for some reason something isn't done to our liking, Ray (the service advisor) usually rectifys the problem without issue. He presented me with a variety of vehicles to choose from. I test drove the first one..was quite impressed with it and purchased my new 2008 Jeep Liberty. The service was outstanding. Patrick was one step ahead on the additional accessories I needed to complete the whole package. GREAT customer service! We could have gone to places closer but they made us feel like it was worth our time to drive the extra distance from MA to NH to purchase a vehicle. Look, dealerships are businesses and they have to make money- we get that, but everyone we dealt with was helpful, informative and didn't act like if we didn't buy their products or vehicle they would lose their families! Go check other places, but if you stop here you won't be dissapointed! ! More

I asked Larry a lot of questions that anyone in his position should know and he skirted the questions because he obviously has NO IDEA what he's talking about. Other than the color of the vehicle and the fact that it has 4 wheels, he had nothing to offer. When he realized I wasn't going to be a "today sale", he brushed me off, gave me his card and said all my questions can be answered with "online research"....I was warned about this dealership before I came in, I guess I should have listened....I'm off to Allen Mello, where the salespeople are educated in their product and don't badger their customers. My husband has been admiring a Kia Soul for a while. We have had an Optima for 8 years and knew we wanted another Kia. We decided to just test drive one.
