This is the second Jeep I bought from Mike - this first was a brand new one and when I went back 10 years later he remembered me and showed me a new used Jeep that had all the bells and whistles but a disc was a brand new one and when I went back 10 years later he remembered me and showed me a new used Jeep that had all the bells and whistles but a discounted price because it had been returned within a the year. I would like to share our extraordinary sales experience with Bonneville and Son, for the purchase of our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We have been a Jeep family for many years, and with our daughter enteri with Bonneville and Son, for the purchase of our new Jeep Grand Cherokee. We have been a Jeep family for many years, and with our daughter entering her first year of college it was time to pass along our 2002 JGC, and look into the purchase of a new one. We are discriminating buyers, the 'customer experience' is as important to us as the quality, reliability and 'fit' of the vehicle itself. We had visited a number of other Chrysler/ Jeep dealers in the greater Nashua area, test driven several new JGCs, and knew precisely the package, color and options we desired. Our first impressions of the initial dealership experiences left much to be desired. Sales staff were overly aggressive (in spite of our disclosing that we were weeks away from an actual purchase decision), lacked attentiveness to detail regarding the specific vehicle options we desired, and in one instance gave us incorrect vehicle power plant information during a test drive - not our idea of a company we would consider entering into a long term service relationship with. Enter Bonneville and Son... Joe Hodgson/ Sales Consultant was outstanding from the first handshake. He was attentive, professional, listened to the various odd details of our purchase requirements, and actually 'heard' the nature of our requests. Joe's knowledge of the new JGC's many features, as well as trade and finance options were without question the most extensive and qualified of each of the dealerships we visited. Our test drive session ran well over an hour in length, with Joe spending the vast majority of that time reviewing each of the vehicle's features and differentiators, along with a tour of the state-of-the-science service department, providing a history of the dealership, and most importantly, the degree of importance and customer service excellence the dealership places on building a relationship with its new vehicle owners. Joe made us feel as though we were purchasing a partnership and becoming part of the Bonneville family, not just making a vehicle transaction. His was the most impressive initial investment and introduction of the overall value and commitment to a new vehicle purchase we have experienced, after having purchased seven (7) new and four (4) used vehicles from dealerships over the years. Final price determinations, including extended warranty options were all transacted in a professional, expedient and no-nonsense fashion. In fact, most of the dialogue took place via a combination of in-situ, as well as email back/ forth, a welcome development for fast-paced corporate executives. Bonneville went so far as to disclose and discuss with us in detail the advantage of working wholesale-to-wholesale pricing, along with the Actual Cash Value (ACV) of our 2002 JGC, to help us make a final determination regarding whether to trade our 2002. No other Jeep dealer we visited invested this level of human resource with us. These financial disclosures actually helped us realize the far better financial decision was to -not- trade our 2002 JGC as part of the overall new vehicle purchase. Once the decision to buy our new JGC had been made, Rob Hemond/ Financial Services Manager discussed finance options, preferred rates, and extended warranty comparisons to help us make qualified decisions. At each step in the process, Rob's subject matter expertise was clearly apparent, and confirmed for us that we had made the right choice in purchasing with Bonneville and Sons. We could not be more happy with our new Jeep Grand Cherokee, or in having become new members of the Bonneville family. The experience was nothing short of amazing, and exceeded our discriminating standards re; product quality and customer service excellence. Bonneville made our new vehicle purchase experience a pleasurable one, and made us feel as though we were their 'only customer'. We are pleased to refer Bonneville and Sons, and specifically Joe Hodgson and Rob Hemond to you without reservation. He steered me in the right direction without pressure, and I am very happy with my new Lancer. Mike called when he said he would and was very thorough in his follow-up. I feel I got the best deal possible with Bonneville, with fair terms and lots of courteous extras. Ned (I think that's his name) in finance was extremely helpful as well. I recently drove over to the express service area because I had a slow leak in one of my tires. The men who took care of my car were extremely quick and professional. They also found a nail in one tire and a small hole in another. They fixed both and my vehicle has been fine since. In addition, it was time for an oil change and i happened to mention it to Mike one day, and two days later, someone came to my work, picked up my vehicle, changed the oil and returned it a short time later. TALK ABOUT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! More
When I first walked in to Bonneville, I was pretty sure of the car I wanted, but wanted to shop around anyway. Soon after I entered the lot, I was greeted by Joe Hodgson, and I explained my situation, tha of the car I wanted, but wanted to shop around anyway. Soon after I entered the lot, I was greeted by Joe Hodgson, and I explained my situation, that I was interested in a 2013 Charger, but wasn't ready to commit yet. So rather than putting on the "full court press" and getting his manager involved and trying to get me to buy something, Joe just let me take a test drive and see what I thought, then took my word that I'd be back, without asking me to fill anything out, or talk to anyone else. I did come back a second time for a second test drive, as the first time it was raining and I wanted another shot at it. This time after my second test drive, we sat down and built a Charger online to my specs. After this, I decided it was time to make a decision and on my own, without any pressure, I told Joe "I'll take it", and put down a down payment. When it came time to talk financing, I met with Rob Hemond and we went over the different promotions (cash back vs. lower financing), and we figured out together that I'd make more money back by taking the cash back and Rob got me an interest rate that was almost equal to the promotional rate. Very stress free and when it came to selecting a warranty, Rob was very helpful in not selling me more than I needed. After the car was delivered, I had some after market accessories that needed to be installed into the vehicle, and the body shop did a very timely and effective job getting these done, one day after my car was ready for pickup. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my experience and highly recommend this dealership and the above mentioned Gentleman for future sales. More

My girl friend had a 2012 Jeep Liberty which I had the pleasure of driving. I found the vehicle very comfortable to drive and worthy of the New England weather. Since she decided to get her Liberty serviced at Bonneville and was very happy with their service I decided that due to my truck needing tires and other things decided to try out a lease deal on a new Liberty which was offering great rebates. Met up with Patrick who found two in stock the one I was going to get had already sold so went with a pearl red with step sides. It was getting late and both myself and girlfriend were hungry and Patrick suggested we try a couple of places up the street in the mean time Patrick was getting all the paper work completed. We finished diner later than expected and it was 5:45pm and the dealership closed at 6:00pm. Everyone involved stayed the extra time and they delivered the Liberty that evening. Very impressed with Patrick and all involved in getting things taken care of promptly so I could drive away that night. Thank you Patrick and all the people involved for getting me in my new Liberty I love it. More
