I left that day with a good feeling but , but wanted to explore a few more options.....I cruied orthe dealers, web searched, etc....July 10th, I came back to buy with Tom... In out in a very short time. The model I test drove was gone, but one with all the same options had arrived a few days earlier. The purchase price was quite painless, tom walked me through all the steps from trade apprasial to new car functions to even taking my old plates off the trade and putting them in a bag to ensure the new car stays clean. Both Bernard and Damon made me feel that I was! They kept on top of the issue, even given me thier personal cell numbers! The problem was resolved in just a few days. I can't say enough good things about them. Anyone can sell a car? Its the customer service and the way you are treated when problems arise after the sale that counts! We stopped by Bonneville a couple of months ago to test drive a Jeep Liberty and a Jeep Wrangler. Norm hooked us up and sent us on our way. He promised NOT to call us after we told him we would touch base with him when we were ready and...he did not call us! We decided we wanted a Liberty and checked out a few other dealerships and had actually picked out a vehicle elsewhere. Thought we would give Norm a try and called him to tell him what we wanted. In no time he touched base with us about a couple of vehicles he had available. He took a sincere interest in what we were looking for and found us an even better vehicle than we had found elsewhere and he got us a better price. He came back with a deal and made it happen. When we picked up the vehicle he showed us around the dealership and completely explained all the options in the car....even pairing my cell phone and pairing my husbands cell phone with his truck that we already owned. Norm takes the time to understand what you want, is extremely easy to deal with and made the whole process pretty enjoyable. I love my new Liberty and would not hesitate to visit Bonneville and Norm again in the future. More
