We visited Norm in September to take a look at the Jeep Wranglers. Norm spent a couple hours going over the different Wranglers and their options. We test drove a couple units and were off to do our research. We HATE the car buying experience and pressure often found on the car lot. Norm respected our boundaries and was not obnoxious. We were finally ready to purchase our new Jeep and Norm worked dilligently to get us EXACTLY what we wanted, not what anyone else wanted to move. The entire process was fast, no games, no pressure and frankly very pleasant. Norm even came to our house after his work day to go over the entire Jeep and show us how to completely remove the top. it wasn't a hurry up and rush kind of experience. I honestly didn't know if he was buying a car himself or a salesman and that is a compliment. He didn't look like the typical salesman, he didn't try to be my buddy or up talk a car that I was looking at. He genuinely came over and talked to me about what I was looking for. I won't lie, I went to many dealerships looking for a vehicle and along the way I emailed Norm. I was on my iPhone with him emailing questions about jeeps at other dealers. I felt like I had an inside man helping me make decisions. Norm went above and beyond to fit me into my perfect vehicle and for the first time buying a car I have no anxiety about my purchase. If you are going to Bonneville to buy a vehicle, go past the rest of the sales people and go straight to Norm. He's worth the wait and will prove himself in every aspect. Norm was honest, genuine and made me feel like I was talking to a buddy. Trust me, Norm earns your business. Bought a Jeep Cherokee cost 4,000. Offered my vehicle to them 2 weeks prior they offered me 1500. This time they offered 450. I bought the vehicle "as is" but when I went to get it inspected over 1000 in re them 2 weeks prior they offered me 1500. This time they offered 450. I bought the vehicle "as is" but when I went to get it inspected over 1000 in repairs needed to pass. I understand "as is" but is this the kind of business you would trust? This is a vehicle they are still puting thier name on. The car I traded in was in better shape! Then when I called them to help discuss this Rodney would not return my call. Big surprise!!!! More
The staff are extremely concern and caring. I am stuck in wheel chair for a few months . Nick was awarre of my condition when my car arrived from Detroit.
