I called your dealership service department at noon. I needed a driverside headlight installed on my 2007 prius. Mike was very friendly and got me in the same day. I basically went in for my 2 year free maintenance on my 2013 Avalon. I was under the impression that I was getting and oil change but turned out to be tire rotation and something else. They told me that th 2013 Avalon. I was under the impression that I was getting and oil change but turned out to be tire rotation and something else. They told me that that the oil change came at 10000 miles and when I went in I was at 5000 miles. Suggestion: On the paperwork that they give you it would be nice to see what they actually did. More

I appreciated the extra service Tom provided. As I pulled in to have a headlight bulb replaced, my left front tire went flat. Not only did they put on my spare, but put the spare on the rear and rota pulled in to have a headlight bulb replaced, my left front tire went flat. Not only did they put on my spare, but put the spare on the rear and rotated the good tire to the front, so that I would be safe getting my family home until the bad tire could be replaced or repaired. Tom always does an outstanding job going beyond the line of duty. It's nice to know my family will be safe! More

We have purchased a few cars from Lake Shore and will always come back! Always a good experience with Lake Shore. This was my first issue in 6 years of owning two different Toyotas. Things happen to mechanical devices. They could not get the part right away and set me up with the loaner.
