Was jerked around by the service advisors I came in to have a noise on my Camry Hybrid looked at and wanted someone to ride with me so they could hear it and know what I was talking about. While there are service advisers sitting on their posteriors, I was told that there was no one available but if I could wait a few minutes they would get someone to go with me. 30 minutes later still no one and the service advisers said maybe 10 minutes more. When I told them I had been waiting 30 minutes I was rudely told that I did NOT have an appointment and did I not want them to look at my car? The offer to give me my keys back was taken and I left. Unfortunately this is the kind of treatment I have always had with Lakeshore Toyota and the service they have done on my car has been less than great. I would avoid them at all costs. More

When I got to Lake shore I was greeted by Mike, I explained to him what I was looking for, was very specific with color, tech package, rims etc... he said I don’t have it here but I’ll find it for you. Mike was true to his word and found me the exact car I wanted in a week. Very easy to do business with, fair on trade in and no games. Very happy with my experience! More
