Oil change and rotation Service writer was a little arrogant. I asked to check tire pressures to 50lbs due to being oversized aftermarket size. He stated they wcould only fill to manufactor recommendations. I said just leave them alone then. He was just kind of a jerk acting like he knew more than me. On my way home I notice the tech took air out of my tires to 35. I am not happy about that. Next time I will stress not to touch the air pressure. Bf goodrich recommends 50lbs in my tires. Other than this experiance. I have always been extremely satisfied with Bouchers service. More

Jon Adams was very professional, courteous and communicative throughout the entire process. Not once was I wondering the status or the progress of my vehicle. Gary Rynders and the tech both went to bat for me with GM in getting the engine replaced as opposed to a band-aid repair. I’ve worked at a dealership in a past life and know firsthand how it can be sometimes difficult to deal with the manufacturer. Fighting for the new engine has saved the both of us future problems, and I’m glad Gary's view of customer service is as such. Too often you only hear about the things that went wrong. I was on vacation from out of town with my wife and 4 small children, we were driving to the Milwaukee zoo when my Saturn Outlook overheat and began to loose power. I was initially reluctant to take my GMC Acadia in for service work at the dealership. I had a very bad experience with a brake job gone wrong with my prior vehicle, a Ford Sportstrac, and the service dep service work at the dealership. Dealing with Gary Hug and Gary Rynders has changed my reluctance. They both have been very professional every time I have taken my vehicle in for service and they know exactly what they are doing. The service department overall is very consumer friendly, with none of the hassles that a customer deals with at an oil changing place. The service department is also very professional, clean, and organised. That's not something you see very often. Gary Rynders also went out of his way to get my 2yr old daughter a balloon to keep her occupied while we were waiting for my Acadia. That's something you just don't expect from the service department. I would highly recommend anyone who has purchased their vehicle at theis dealership to take it back there for service. Purchased a used vehicle from Boucher with the usual "as is" warranty. However, after purchase I suspected a front end problem and took it back in, hoping for the best, but expecting the worse (as in y "as is" warranty. This dealership provided a "goodwill" repair not once, but twice for the suspension problem. Absolutely professional in every way. I drove away a completely satisfied customer.
