A bad situation was made worse! Started with having to arrange my own tow after the brakes failed on my brand new Trailblazer. I was not kept informed of the progress, I always had to call in to check, or arrange my own tow after the brakes failed on my brand new Trailblazer. I was not kept informed of the progress, I always had to call in to check, or my mother if I was working. I was told false information by Tyler. Was told there was only “one part” at another dealership but they refused to sell it. I was never notified when the part was received nearly THREE MONTHS later, or that the part was faulty and they needed to get another one. The only way I knew was that Chevrolet Customer Service would send me emails asking how I liked having my car back, I am a critical care paramedic, working 24 hour shifts in a pandemic. I’m exhausted and this just put additional strain on me. Now the question is, how are you going to make this up to me, or do I have to go further up? I was making car payments on a car I did not have for 4 months, because when I did finally pick it up, it had damage to the passenger side door which occurred at your dealership! And no one told me about it until I saw it! So I had to return it AGAIN for a week! I think free routine service for as long as I own this vehicle is a start! I’ll await your response, hoping you will live up to your motto “We Ride With You Every Mile”! I reached Rob Heaney at 1:50 pm on 1/19/2021. The matter was discussed, he stated he would follow up and contact me later that day. I did not hear from Mr. Heaney until 1/20/2021 at 1:44 pm at which time he left a voicemail stating he got a response the day prior from the Chevy territory manager that handles all customer relations and she has “kicked it over to their regional office”. Said they should have an answer for me “by tomorrow mid day” (which would be 1/21) and that either way he would give me a call “tomorrow around noon to 1:00 just to let you know what I have so far for you”. I did not hear back at that time and I have not heard anything further! More
