I had a great experience after I left the front desk. When I arrived I walked in the front door to ask where the service department was because I had an appointment. The front desk was not very friendly When I arrived I walked in the front door to ask where the service department was because I had an appointment. The front desk was not very friendly and just told me to drive around the side of the building. I had never gotten my car serviced before so “drive around the side of the building” was not very descriptive or helpful. After driving around aimlessly for a few minutes I flagged down a guy that looked like he may work in the service department. He was very nice and told me exactly what to do. The women that helped my in the service department was very nice and did a thorough job. I find it kind of funny that after the person that makes a first impression (the front desk) my experience was so much better. More

Awesome experience I came across a rare Tahoe PPV and Kyle thought he could get me into the vehicle. At first I was skeptical, but then opted to try. That one sold befor I came across a rare Tahoe PPV and Kyle thought he could get me into the vehicle. At first I was skeptical, but then opted to try. That one sold before I could get up there, but Kyle informed me of another one coming in just like it. He kept me updated with it as well as checking with banks to get me approved. He came just shy of promising me he could get me approved and he delivered! Kyle is just the sales manager but he has dealt with finance for a long while. My actual sales person Matt Maurer was just as positive and out going. When I picked up my SUV, everything was explained very well and the process was very quick! Quicker than I thought since everything now is on computer saved to a flash drive. For me, it was a great experience and my Tahoe purchase is better than new. Thanks guys! More
