Positive Joseph was professional and cares about customer service. He informs you of the process even when it is out of his control. GM needs to resolve this issue and just replace all transmission once the problem started instead of the time spend investigating. I hold GM responsible for not alerting the consumer. More

This was for routine maintenance, oil brake adjustments and there was a digital screen display issue which Ron simply corrected by hitting menu and a few clicks to reactive the info. I thought it might be a costly screen replacement. The service was reasonably quick and a free wash left us with a shiny Equinox. I never go elsewhere than Boucher for my Chevy service. I am a Multi vehicle customer here for 20 years. More
