New Tahoe Purchase We had Diane help us out. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the buttons on the inside of my vehicle (especially the windshield wipers We had Diane help us out. She went above and beyond to make sure I knew all the buttons on the inside of my vehicle (especially the windshield wipers) I learned how to set my radio. I know petty, but I needed the guidance. She even made a couple Balloon Animals for our grandson who was tickled to death to get them. When we picked our vehicle up it was all set and ready to go! So excited. I had a good experience Jason is a very good salesmen. He didn't rush me and he took his time( 3-4hrs) to keep looking for what I wanted. I was disappointed that that there was no room to negotiate. The prices that Jason told me didn't match up when I went with the other person to sign. Jason also told me I would get the same interest that my credit union was going to give me 4.5% but at signing it was 5.4%. I did say something about it but the guy just told me to come back in a few months to refinance. I had sharp, stabbing, excruciating pain so I didn't make to much of an argument about the interest and price being different. I just needed to get things done so I could get out of there and go home to lay down. Could you tell Jason thank you for me for being so patient and understanding to me. I will definitely refer friends and family. More

Positive Joseph was professional and cares about customer service. He informs you of the process even when it is out of his control. Unfortunately my new 20 Joseph was professional and cares about customer service. He informs you of the process even when it is out of his control. Unfortunately my new 2019 Silverado has started the transmission shutter. GM needs to resolve this issue and just replace all transmission once the problem started instead of the time spend investigating. I hold GM responsible for not alerting the consumer. More
