I had a good experience Jason is a very good salesmen. He seemed to be very friendly and honest( I hope), also tried to make sure that I got everything in the vehicle that I Jason is a very good salesmen. He didn't rush me and he took his time( 3-4hrs) to keep looking for what I wanted. I was disappointed that that there was no room to negotiate. The prices that Jason told me didn't match up when I went with the other person to sign. Jason also told me I would get the same interest that my credit union was going to give me 4.5% but at signing it was 5.4%. I did say something about it but the guy just told me to come back in a few months to refinance. I had sharp, stabbing, excruciating pain so I didn't make to much of an argument about the interest and price being different. I just needed to get things done so I could get out of there and go home to lay down. Could you tell Jason thank you for me for being so patient and understanding to me. I will definitely refer friends and family. More

Positive Joseph was professional and cares about customer service. He informs you of the process even when it is out of his control. GM needs to resolve this issue and just replace all transmission once the problem started instead of the time spend investigating. I hold GM responsible for not alerting the consumer. More
