Erica was a very informative sales person. My wife and I came in to look for a SUV but didnt know what one we really wanted. Erica took the time to listen to my wife's wants and needs but also what she didn came in to look for a SUV but didnt know what one we really wanted. Color was her number one priority, at this point in time erica has helped my wife pin point what she wants and now all she needs to do is find the SUV in her color.
