Tech failed to check power steering fluid. I know because I checked it before I took it over for an oil change, it was low. I forgot to mention it. Called dealership after and was told they would have to charge me to top that off. Boucher had performed a rack and pinion replacement some time back. Rather than apologize for not performing the proper service check during the oil change, they told me they would have to charge me to do the work they were paid to do via oil change and fluid check. Really, really poor service-time to hire a new service manager. More

I went in for an oil change on the service plan I always purchase with my trucks. They did a great job with very little wait. Everyone was very friendly and great to work with.
