Overall experience of buying a Certified Used 2018 Equinox was very good. Eric Ruscheinsky was very pleasant and professional. Josh Loll in finance was so very thorough, but not agressively pushy. Minor items of concern, oil level was 1/2 quart low as checked the next morning. There is a missing cushion pad in the bottom of the right rear door pull and there was dirt and a footprint on the inside of the right rear passenger door which I cleaned the next day. Eric noticed the battery output was marginal and had a new one installed before I left. Overall a good experience and I would shop at Boucher in the future. More
