Excellent service Adam & team provided efficient friendly service. Went in for oil change while I waited. They advised me of two computer updates to the car that would Adam & team provided efficient friendly service. Went in for oil change while I waited. They advised me of two computer updates to the car that would take another hour if convienent for me. Adam saved me a separate return trip to the dealer. The update notice came several days later. One reason I recommend Boucher Hyundai service is they are always very customer centered, friendly and explain options to customer so you can chose best option for yourself. Thanks guys. More

Awful service I'm in the military and just got transferred to a new unit in Wisconsin. I live down in illinois and my a car broke down with a seized engine and the I'm in the military and just got transferred to a new unit in Wisconsin. I live down in illinois and my a car broke down with a seized engine and the service at this location was terrible. I explained to them my situation cause I just needed to get the car fixed so I can make the commute. They did the bare minimum, there was little to know communication. I would call for an update and they would say they would me back but I would never hear from them. I knew I was screwed when they said I wasnt covered. They refused to help set up a payment plan. I got my car towed out of there the moment i had the chance. The next shop i took it to told i had extended coverage with hyundai. I called another Hyundai shop and they confirmed it is covered. So now im towing my vehicle back to a Hyundai when this could have been taken care of from the beginning. I have zero trust in this location. Avoid at all costs. More
