We had recall work done. We didn’t have the recall equip on our vehicle. Brought at in at 8:45 am, rep called at 11:18 am to say we didn’t have the equip. Said he take care of it. Called at 12:13 pm to say on our vehicle. Brought at in at 8:45 am, rep called at 11:18 am to say we didn’t have the equip. Said he take care of it. Called at 12:13 pm to say the work was done. I asked, “The car is ready?” Yes was the reply. Went in at 12:45 pm to pick it up. Not ready…didn’t know where the keys/packet is. Go to the cashier. Not packet. Talk to another rep. D old are that NO work had been done. Asked where the car is. Being washed, in. 5-6 minute cycle. Still waiting 15 minutes later. Rep kept arguing about why the car wasn’t ready in time. He was irritating with his lame excuses. I told him to stop talking a number of times. He wouldn’t stop! (FYI— the surest way to de-escalate a cust serve issue to to stop talking when asked!) He got his feelings hurt and went to his manager to complain about me. Still waiting for my car. It was eventually delivered to me at 1:06 pm…almost one hour after the rep said it was “ready to pick up!” More

Vehicle was running great until took in for recall engine software update. Before even got home check engine light came on. Brought back and Code showed "intake manifold runner. Party replaced and I came to software update. Before even got home check engine light came on. Brought back and Code showed "intake manifold runner. Party replaced and I came to pick up, paid bill and got into vehicle and light still on -- same Code. Asked for money back but wouldn't do. Ndateow want me to come back again to fix something else. I don't mind paying for repairs but obvious they replaced the wrong part. Too many coincidences startingdat More
