Normally, I rate everything as top notch (5). I just had a bad experience this time. I dropped the car off the night before and indicated on the drop box envelope I needed it by 11 am. I finally called the service manager and he had Brandon call me, but it wasn’t until 2 pm. It’s very frustrating to wait so much time without a response. The appointment was made over a month before for my trunk latch that wasn’t opening with the touch of a button (it was a recall). I’m used to much better treatment from you in the past. More
