The service technician was rude. We have been working with him for quite sometime and find he has not been returning calls and dropped the ball on a warranty repair. This last service he told me the total and when I asked if the oil change should be covered under the pre-paid maintenance, he snapped, “how should I know you have pre-paid maintenance if you don’t tell me.” 1) I always tell the service tech when I schedule the appointment so they can make note and 2) we have been bringing the vehicle to you since we bought it new from you. I imagine this should be noted in our account somehow. More
