This dealer was very accommodating and really listening to us as the customer’s needs. Even during an impromptu power outage they had a plan in place for us to still pick up our new vehicle add an associa to us as the customer’s needs. Definitely felt that this was not a dealership that would gouge or take advantage of you. Nothing has ever gone wrong with my Genesis and I’m putting on a lot more miles as COVID relaxes some. Will absolutely buy another one. Sales person Jessica Guenther was very kind and helped me research which Genesis for my next car. Can’t bring myself to trade in my current Genesis. Looks good. Rides good. Still under warranty. Boucher Hyundai was great. Hope every one else’s experience is as good as mine. Thank you. More
I don’t think my car was test driven long enough to see what the issue was I brought it in and the Mileage was only one mile difference from when I picked it up. I thought John was nice as far as Dan not sure he said he had driven my car the day before when I pulled of the lot and called back to say my engine light was on John told me to bring it right back as Dan was crossing in front of my car as I pulled into service he asked John was was that as if he had not seen my car before yes confused I was this is the car he said he had driven around everywhere and found nothing . More

My appt. was at 9am on July 30th. I was told it would take 2-3 hours. I didn't hear anything by 1:30 so I called at 1:48 asking if they were almost done. I was told the car hasn't even been looked at yet take 2-3 hours. I didn't hear anything by 1:30 so I called at 1:48 asking if they were almost done. I was told the car hasn't even been looked at yet! They knew I needed my car later that afternoon to pick up my son. I told them I would need a rental then. They called me back 5 minutes later to tell my I could have a rental but it needed to be back by noon the next day. So, they didn't even work on my car until Saturday morning 7/31. Got a call around 10am that they will prob be running late, the shop closes at noon so it would be around 12:15 for pickup. Get there at 12:10 and still had to wait until 12:45 till it was completely done! I'm so disappointed with the lack of communication on their end. They should have called me by noon on the day of my appt to tell me the status. Also, why did I make an appt for 9 am on a friday if it didn't even get looked at until the next morning?? More
