I will say it appeared to be a bit disorganized at first but in the end it turned out fine. They got my car fixed quickly. Only complaint is the reason for bringing it in is a noise in the dash. It appeared to be fixed but came back during my 2 hour ride home. I unfortunately can’t keep taking off work to get this taken care of so I have to deal with it until my next oil change. More

I searched for a vehicle I wanted for nearly 5 months and finally decided the Hyundai Tucson was best for me. After deciding that, I searched for a dealership from Wisconsin to Tennessee with the best pricing available. I searched for 3 months deciding what dealership I would work with and contacted many different places. My initial reason for going with Boucher isn’t because of the price (because I definitely found cheaper within the 800 miles I was willing to travel), but it was the friendly communication that they provided. I worked with Nicole , Ryan, and Amanda through email and on the phone for a week to get all of the details. They answered any questions I had quickly and gave me very accurate estimates on what my monthly payment and everything would be for different options. After this we scheduled an appointment for me to test drive and come to the dealership in person. Amanda had the vehicle pulled up front ready for me when I arrived. After my test drive, my husband and I were confident in our new vehicle choice. They did everything to help us get the payment to where we wanted. This is where Rafael came into the picture and he was beyond amazing. They stayed nearly two hours after closing on a Saturday getting everything approved and drawn up only to have another conflict come up due to my trade in being titled in another state. We came to a dead end unfortunately on this day, but they worked with us to still allow us to get everything but actual signing done. On Monday, they contacted the financial institution who had the title of my trade in and got all the paperwork for me to sign. I came in Tuesday evening and officially signed for my new vehicle. My husband and I are so thankful that we received the experience we did through Boucher. As I said, we searched high and low for the dealership we would make this purchase with and ended up leaving with a feeling that we were valued and not just another sale. There is no doubt in my mind that we will return here for future vehicle purchases and be apart of the Hyundai family for many years to come. I truly cannot thank Amanda, Ryan, and Rafael enough for everything they did to ensure we were happy with our purchase. When we return in the future to purchase, I can only hope we get the opportunity to work with these wonderful people again. Thank you so much! More
