Bought a used car I've been looking for this particular car for a few years now and found it via cars.com at this dealership. I called right away and spoke to Justin. He helped me get my things in order with what i needed to do since i live in Kansas City. So i put down a small deposit and drove up there the next week. The photos on their website were nice and clear so i was confident i was getting what i always wanted, my bucket list car! All smiles now that I'm back home. More

Can’t Believe it! Car went in for a scheduled oil change plus tire rotation; part of a service package. Also to find out what is causing Transmission drive display to d Car went in for a scheduled oil change plus tire rotation; part of a service package. Also to find out what is causing Transmission drive display to disappear. They had the car the entire day to find n fix this issue which has occurred before. Sent pics of the issue to service; along with a detailed description. Also notified them that I needed the car back by 3pm. I never received progress call / curiosity call. I had to call a hour before pick-up time to find out what was going on. Then I was told nothing could be done because no error codes etc. They had been going out throughout the day: starting car and putting in reverse, so transmission would duplicate issue. So car just sat most of day doing nothing. I was told they needed more time to find the problem. Funny how my wife found tons of similar transmission issues documented on same make n model from others like me. Manager was nice enough to tell me if it happens again to bring back so can spend more time on issue. By the way I have the extended warranty package. I was never even offered a loaner car so they could keep my car. Then I get home and check my oil since it was just changed by professionals; to find it was overfilled again. I previously had the same exact issue happen. Idiots overfilled oil and I had to take it back in so they could see I wasn’t making it up. NOW this xxxx happens again!!!! I haven’t even called back yet to xxxxx; too afraid I will loose my temper. Kinda also fear retaliation on my car ( since having extended warranty). I will call soon but find this pathetic to happen again. Must be trying to ruin my engine. Won’t ever buy another car from here. Might even go to different Hyundai service center. More
