Recall of computer I Pulled into the service bay. I got out of my car. I ended up just standing there because I had no clue where i was supposed to go. Finally someone told me where to go and wait for someone to help me. When I finally got assistance, the woman was helpful and explained everything to me. I went to the waiting area, which was very clean and comfortable. When my car was finished, the gentleman who called my name and put the papers on the window sill. He didn’t talk to me about my car and didn’t tell me if anything else needed attention. I was told in the service bay that they would do a complete check of my car. I would have appreciated if he had just a minute or two of his time to know if they found anything else that needed attention or told me everything was good. More

Good, but room for improvement It doesn't happen very often, but I purchased two vehicles in less than two weeks. I saw first hand how things are done in two different dealerships. After seeing both, the first red flag for Boucher Hyundai, is that it was made very clear to me that anything other than 5 stars (Excellent) is considered a failure. You are never going to truly achieve greatness when you create an environment where people worry more about getting a box checked than they do about doing the right thing, and treating people respectfully. Don't get me wrong, you folks did ok, but you are not going to truly achieve greatness with this approach. I'm giving my sales person 5 stars because I believe she did the best she could in this environment. She is a sharp individual, and she is and will continue to do good work. Personally, I think she would truly flourish if she was in a better dealership, that was not overly concerned about their reviews. More
