I had an excellent experience at Boucher Hyundai! I went to Boucher Hyundai to end my lease of a Genesis,3.8. This was my second Genesis and I was poised to get a third one. Extra charges We brought our Sante Fe in due to 3 recalls. We decided to also have the brakes replaced, had a price, and was told they would call if there was anyt We brought our Sante Fe in due to 3 recalls. We decided to also have the brakes replaced, had a price, and was told they would call if there was anything extra. Received a call there were no other issues, and the brake price would be $189 per axle. An hour later we received a call that extra work was needed because one of the brake pistons was seized. We agreed to the extra work, and came to pick up the car. When we were checking our, my wife noticed we were charged for an oil change, which we did not request. The service manager did remove the charge, but we did not feel we should have to deal with that. When we drove home, we noticed there was no sticker in the window indicating when the oil would be due to be changed. We started wondering if the oil was even changed at all, and when we got home, checked to oil. The oil was in fact, DIRTY!!!! Very disappointed, and unsatisfied. We have purchased 2 Hyuandais from Boucher, but don’t think we will buy another with this level of service. More

New Car Purchase @Boucher Hyundai On May 1 2019 we were looking for a 2019 Sant Fe XL 2019. Mr. Mike Loiacono introduced himself, and we discussed the details of the model we wanted. On May 1 2019 we were looking for a 2019 Sant Fe XL 2019. Mr. Mike Loiacono introduced himself, and we discussed the details of the model we wanted. While nothing on the lot met these requirements, Mike suggested we take a test drive in a demo. The test drive was successful so we proceeded to sit down and finalize the colors, features and price of the car we wanted.
