From the time I first talked with Randy in the service department, I was assured that Hyundai would take care of me. Randy checked out the engine and stated he was going to recommend that Hyundai replace the engine. As we waited for confirmation from Hyundai headquarters, Randy kept in contact with me on any news. The engine arrived and was installed quickly, tested and I was notified when it was completed. Randy was available and willing answer any questions during this time. Nice staff, unable to diagnose problem Everytime I go in there the staff is super nice and helpful. Unfortunately I have had my car in there 3 times for the sunroof making noises.
